Annual Savory , or Garden Savory , has been known since Antiquity for its antiseptic and aphrodisiac properties and its ability to repel certain insects and parasites in the vegetable garden .
In cooking, savory deliciously flavors sauces , salads , raw vegetables , meats and fish .
Sowing and harvesting
Sowing : from April to May in light soil , with good exposure , broadcast in rows 15-20 cm apart.
Regular watering .
You can start picking the ends of the stems as early as June .
